There are several ways to achieve a healthy and fit body, and one of them is engaging yourself into sports such as triathlon. Aside from going to gym and hire a fitness trainer, I also encourage them to get into sports, go to swimming or biking. These activities, together with eating a healthy balanced diet will surely lead them to a better life.
